Welcome to Brandon Estate's online payment portal.  To make a payment to your account click the Pay Annual Assessment button below.

Instructions:

Do NOT set up a user name.  Just click the blue PAY ANNUAL ASSESSMENT button. 

 

You will then be asked to Validate the Account by typing in Brandon Estates, then click the VALIDATE ACCOUNT button.

Next, fill in the required information.  You will need your bank's routing number and your checking or savings account number.

If you are making a one time payment, DO NOT click Register and Save Payment Information. Go directly to the CONTINUE button.

Review your information to make sure it is correct, then submit your payment!
